At Global Keys Ltd, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth return process.

 Returns

Customers may return new and unused products for a refund within 28 days of purchase. Faulty products may be returned for a refund but we will not refund any product that does not work due to incorrect programming or incorrect part selection. You must inform us in advance of returning an item via our contact form, and confirm the reason for the return. Failure to do so will delay your return being processed.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required to process any return or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made keys or special orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at support@global-keys.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will only be issued on unused items returned within 28 days days after the day you receive the goods. Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the item and not the shipping cost. We do not offer credit on accounts, we only offer refunds back to the original purchase method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days but on most cases is a lot quicker

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you need to exchange an item because it is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@global-keys.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@global-keys.co.uk.
